The issue in this mandamus proceeding is whether the trial court erred in allowing discovery into past warranty claims and complaints received by the relators, the names and addresses of buildings in which the relators glass is installed, a list of customers of the relators and the text of past warranties given to other customers. The relators claim that this discovery is not calculated to lead to admissible evidence and is unduly burdensome and harassing. We granted leave to file the petition for a writ or mandamus, put we now deny the writ of mandamus.
